Applications are not reviewed until a team's entry fee has been received. |

All teams must check-in on Friday, May 28th at the Pheasant Run Resort between 2:00pm and 10:00pm to verify player passes and to have a tournament ID attached to them. The tournament ID will show the referee that your team has been properly registered and checked-in for the tournament. Parking fee of $60 per team will be collected at registration. There will be no Saturday check-in.

| Acceptance |
|
Following the completion of the Online Registration Form, teams will receive two emails: One will indicate that the team has been registered and provide the team's registration number. A second email will indicate whether the team has been accepted. Payment must be received before any team is accepted.

| Refunds |
|
Team that are not accepted, or withdraw before being accepted, will receive a full refund if payment was made by check or money order. A $100 processing fee will be deducted from the refund due teams that pay via credit card. No refunds will be given once a team is accepted.

| Rosters |
| |
U08 = Maximum roster of 12 players. Boys will play 5v5 with #3 ball. Girls will play 6v6 with #4 ball. |

U9-U10 = Maximum roster of 14 players. Will play 7v7 with #4 ball. |
| |
U11-U12 = Maximum roster of 16 players. Will play 9v9 with #4 ball. Top U12 teams wishing to play 11v11 should apply for U13 division. |

U13-U16 = Maximum roster of 18 players. Will play 11v11 with #5 ball. |
| |
U17-U18 = Maximum roster of 22 players. Will play 11v11 with #5 ball. Only 18 players may dress per game. |
