| All parking will take place at the same location as where the games will be played - Campton Hills Park. A $5.00 parking fee will be charged and will be good for the entire tournament. |

| All teams must check-in on Friday May 23rd at the Pheasant Run Resort between 2:00pm and 10:00pm to verify player passes and to have a tournament ID attached to them. The tournament ID will show the referee that your team has been properly registered and checked-in for the tournament.. There will be no Saturday check-in. |

| Photography |
 |
Art In Focus Photography is the contracted photography vendor for Midwest Cup this year. They will have exclusive rights to photographing teams and individuals during this event. Professional Photographers not affiliated with Art In Focus Photography will not be permitted to photograph teams and players during this event. Thank you for your understanding.

Art In Focus Photography will take Action Shots of your player on a request only basis (first-come-first-served), a "Photographer's Fee" of $25.00 will be required to reserve photographers for your game and will be applied to anything you purchase. 5 x 7 Photos/CD's will be printed/burned on site. To see an example of their work, go to Art In Focus Photography, select "Sport Events" and pick from a list of prior Soccer Tournaments to view. Register your player at the Photographer's Booth. Photographic packages range in price and will start at $25.00. Action Posters (12X18 or 20X30) are available for this event... Come see our samples!

| Acceptance |
| Following the completion of the Online Registration Form, teams will receive two emails: One will indicate that the team has been registered and provide the team's registration number. A second email will indicate whether the team has been accepted. |

| Refunds |
|
Team that are not accepted, or withdraw before being accepted, will receive a full refund if payment was made by check or money order. A $100 processing fee will be deducted from the refund due teams that pay via credit card. No refunds will be given once a team is accepted.
